Gourmet dinners honouring the regional
cuisine.

Afin d'encourager davantage nos voisins producteurs et
diminuer l'impact de notre consommation sur l'environnement, nous achèterons
désormais beaucoup de produits directement d'un regroupement de producteurs
régionaux (Marché de Solidarité
Régionale ATEstrie). Nous offrirons des viandes provenant d'animaux élevés
de façon naturelle, en liberté et en extérieur, par des producteurs soucieux de
l'environnement et qui évitent d'utiliser hormones et antibiotiques. Entre
autres, l'agneau proviendra de la Bergerie du Lys, le bœuf et le veau de la
Ferme Jacquard. De plus nous mettons à notre table le fameux Lapin de
Stanstead. Des produits santés savoureux, goûteux et tendres sauront rehausser
encore un peu plus la qualité de ce que nous tentons de vous offrir.
